On November 1, the "HCA 2005: Join the Worldwide Celebration" campaign won two prizes in connection with the MCA Awards 2003 at TV-byen outside of Copenhagen.

MCA stands for Media Communications Association, which is an association of businesses engaged in the production and purchase of videos, films and multimedia communication.

The HCA2005 campaign was honored with one of the two major prizes instituted on the occasion of MCA's 25th anniversary: the Kinovox Prize. It is awarded to a production that distinguishes itself by excellence in craftsmanship in the areas of sound, photography, editing or graphics.

In addition, the campaign won silver in the category: Corporate Communication Video: Information.

The campaign was produced by the Funen-based advertising firm of Nørgaard-Mikkelsen for the HCA2005 Foundation in connection with the celebration of Hans Christian Andersen's 200th birthday in 2005.

MCA was formerly known as ITVA Danmark, which was established in 1978 as an offshoot of its American parent organization.  In Denmark, MCA comprises a network of over 300 members in the industry.

The MCA Awards ceremony is Denmark's only awards presentation for professional video, film and multimedia productions for businesses, organizations, the public sector and television.
