Andersen biography on its way to Germany Jens Andersen's biography of Hans Christian Andersen has been bought by a German publisher for release in 2005. By ms - H.C. Andersen 2005 - 18 December 2003 The mammoth biography of Hans Christian Andersen, "Andersen", is on its way to Germany. The German publisher Suhrkamp has purchased the biography and will release it in German in the spring of 2005, writes the daily newspaper Politiken. In Denmark, Jens Andersen's biography has been printed in an edition of 18,000 copies to date. Several other foreign publishers, like Suhrkamp, have shown interest in it.  Back |
