HCA NEWS Isabell Kristensen presents the Snow Queen's Ball

On 21 March, the doors open on Isabell Kristensen's Snow Queen Ball where her Andersen-inspired fairytale creations are presented for the very first time.

Isabell Kristensen is internationally acclaimed for her creative and artful haute couture.
The exhibition features 30 costumes of which most are evening gowns. Although the tale of The Snow Queen is the main theme of the exhibition, stories such as The Happy Family, The Little Mermaid, The Nightingale, Thumberella, and The Swineherd have also inspired the designs.

 

The creations will feature different quotes by Andersen and will bridge different styles and ages. The Snow Queen's Ball is Isabell Kristensen's idea of how Andersen would have approached telling the story. This event is an open invitation to all nurturing childhood fantasy's of being the little prince or princess.
