HCA2005 campaign nominated
The campaign to create awareness about Hans Christian Andersen 2005 is nominated for an International Design & Print Advertising Award.

The Hans Christian Andersen 2005-campaign "Join the world-wide celebration" is among the finalists in the prestigious New York Festival's Design & Print Advertising Competition, which annually awards the world's best design and campaign world-wide.
The campaign has been selected from thousands of entries world-wide. As a finalist, the campaign will now compete for a Bronze, Silver or Gold World Medal in the category "Best Art Direction 2003" and for the Grand Awards for "Best of Show" in each of the main categories.
The Hans Christian Andersen 2005-campaign contains an artistic presentation film, an exclusive booklet and an illustrated brochure. The producer is Nørgaard Mikkelsen, a Danish advertising agency seated in the town of Hans Christian Andersen, Odense, Denmark.
Hans Christian Andersen 2005 has been established by the Danish Ministry of Culture and the Danish Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs, the Municipality of Odense, the County of Funen and the Bikuben Foundation to celebrate Hans Christian Andersen's bicentenary in 2005. Hans Christian Andersen 2005 has been established to create global awareness of Andersen's life and works.
