Invitation to International Youth Choir Festival 2005. Come and hear choirs from all over the world!

1st.-3rd. April 2005 the charming old village of Kalundborg in Denmark will be the host of IYCF. We will be approx. 1000 singing participants from all over the world. All choirs will perform at a competition and at concerts in town.

The festival will be held in connection with the 200th anniversary of H.C. Andersen. So, H.C. Andersen will be present during the whole festival. The Danish composer Per Noergaard has composed two movements for the festival to poems by H.C. Andersen. The movements will be first performed at the festival.

It is the 5th time we arrange this festival, and we are known for having a cheerful, friendly atmosphere with great musical experiences. We have arranged a spectacular opening, an exciting competition and professional entertainment.

The festival will be held mostly in English, and tourists are very welcome to join us.
